Who is available to help me?

Securacell's education team and support staff are available 24 hours a day to assist you. Our team of registered nurse educators provides education to families interested in the benefits of umbilical cord blood banking. They also provide support to clients after they receive their cord blood collection kit, during, and after the collection process.

All of our nurses have extensive experience in labor and delivery and are qualified to assist your medical practitioner or hospital staff prior to, during, and after deliver to ensure your collection is as successful as possible.

Bonding as a new family is important after delivery. Call us after you deliver and we will coordinate the shipment of your baby's cord blood to the lab.
