Our Education Department
Our team of registered nurse educators provide education and support for families interested in collecting and storing their baby's umbilical cord blood.
They also provide support to clients after they receive their cord blood collection kit, during and after the collection process.
All of our nurses have extensive experience in labor and delivery and are qualified to assist your medical practitioner and hospital staff with assistance prior to, during, and after delivery to ensure your collection is as successful as possible.
| “My favorite part of my job is taking care of shipping arrangements. Whether its 2:00pm or 2:00am, I get to congratulate the family. It's very fulfilling to know that mom, dad, and baby, are bonding, not worrying about shipping their child’s cord blood. We take care of shipping for you!” |

Education and training are extremely important to our staff. Whether it is an expectant family, practitioner or healthcare provider; we take pride in our education team. |
| “We coordinate the pickup of your baby's cord blood and watch it carefully until it arrives at our lab. We then call the family to let them know it has arrived safely. This lets the new family concentrate on each other and we take care of all the worries!” |
